A Florence native, attorney, husband, and father of three, Jay has spent more than a decade fighting for the people of Florence County and working to make South Carolina an even better place to live, work, and raise a family.
Since joining the House in 2015, Jay has earned the trust of his colleagues and currently serves as
Chairman of the House Ethics Committee and First Vice Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee.
